For off-the-shelf orders from stock, in most cases your order will probably be sent within 7 days or earlier, but please allow up to 28 days in certain circumstances, when we are awaiting new stock or during very busy periods. 

Orders are sent by Royal Mail or a 'tracked' national carrier service (depending upon a number of issues including size and weight restrictions).

All of our publications/wheels are sent out securely is card envelopes or in boxes (dependant upon the quantity ordered) to protect your purchases.

The P&P costs are applicable for delivery to the UK mainland only. Please see click here if you are ordering from outside the UK mainland before you place your order.

Depending upon your order we may need to ask for additional fees for delivery to other destinations such as Highlands and Islands, Ireland and overseas - please click here for additional details

To ensure a good reliable delivery service all orders are sent out by first class post or through a monitored national carrier.

Customised orders

We will always try to meet your needs in every way we can, but some customised orders such as 'customised Development Wheels' can take at least four working weeks to produce following the approval of your artwork. This is due to the complex manufacturing process, part of which is done manually to construct the wheels.

In busy periods (such as Feb - April during the government financial year end) and for large quantities, production can take longer. Please therefore build in plenty of time in your schedule of needs to ensure we can meet your  timescales.  Sometimes we can get things done a bit quicker and we will always try, but the product is of a complex construction.
