Post and Packing

In most cases your order will probably be sent within 7 days or earlier, but please allow up to 28 days in certain circumstances, when we are awaiting new stock. 

All of our publications/wheels are sent out securely is card envelopes or in boxes (dependant upon the quantity ordered) to protect your purchases.

Please note that in some cases, such as our individual Development Wheels, our costs include P&P.
We also now have our Development Wheel 'sets', so if you are buying a number of wheels take a look at the various 'sets' that we have available first...
...there might be a set that's just what you need and will save you money too - click here for details. You can also purchase Development Wheel 'packs' or 'boxes of wheels' if you require larger quantities and this will save you up to 20% on the individual purchase price.

The costs of other items shown on this site include P&P (& VAT where applicable), which not only covers postage, but also packing materials, admin and all PAYPAL and credit/debit card fees. 

The P&P costs are applicable for delivery to the UK mainland only. Please see click here if you are ordering from outside the UK mainland before you place your order.

Depending upon your order we may need to ask for additional fees for delivery to other destinations such as Highlands and Islands, Ireland and overseas - please click here for additional details

To ensure a good reliable delivery service all orders are sent out by first class post or through a monitored national carrier.

Customised orders

The above details do not relate to 'Customised' orders and we will work with you to meet a production schedule when you commission your own branded copies of any of our Development Wheels or other publications.

In most cases 'customised' orders are delivered in bulk using either our own delivery service or a national 'tracked' carrier service.
